Text messages for BTAM musicians
Last updated September 18, 2026
B. Taylor Artist Management (BTAM) sends text messages to the professional musicians it books, about the specific gigs each musician is booked on. This page shows exactly how a musician opts in, what they receive, and how to stop.
Who receives these messages
Only musicians on the BTAM roster who are actively booked for live performance work, roughly 14 people, and only after they opt in themselves. There is no public sign-up form. This is not a marketing list: we do not rent, sell or share it, and we never send promotions.
How a musician opts in
- Sign in to the Greenroom, BTAM's musician portal, at btaylorartistmanagement.com/greenroom, with Google sign-in or a one-time email link.
- Open the Profile page and enter a mobile number.
- Check the box shown below and save. Checking the box and saving is the opt-in. Texts start only after that.
After opting in, the musician receives this confirmation text:
What you will receive
- Requests to confirm a gig you are booked on (reply Y or N)
- Reminders before a confirmed show, with a link to that show's run sheet
- Schedule changes for a show you are on
- Notice that a payment for your work has been scheduled
Message frequency varies with how many shows you are booked on, typically a few messages per show. Message and data rates may apply.
