This policy explains what information B. Taylor Artist Management LLC (“BTAM”, “we”) collects through btaylorartistmanagement.com, the Greenroom musician portal and our text messages, and how we use it.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect
- Musicians we book: name, email addresses, mobile number, your text and email preferences, the shows you are booked on and your answers, and what you are paid. For payment and tax reporting: how you prefer to be paid, a mailing address, and the tax details required by the IRS (Form W-9). Tax identification numbers are stored encrypted.
- Venues and bookers: contact names, emails and phone numbers used to book and run shows.
- Visitors to this site: anything you send us through a form or email, and standard web analytics (Google Analytics) about pages visited.
How we use it
- To book, confirm and run shows, and to send the messages you have opted in to
- To pay musicians and meet tax reporting obligations
- To answer questions and keep records of our work
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us run the service
We use a small number of service providers, only to operate BTAM's own services:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Who can see what
Each musician sees only their own pay and payment records in the Greenroom, never anyone else's. Access to the admin side is limited to BTAM.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or by unchecking the text box on your Greenroom Profile page.
- Change your email and text preferences on the same page.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Some payment and tax records must be kept as the law requires.
